Currently an embodiment of our invention is for issuance of tickets (barcodeticket.com).
Therefore Barcodeticket is not just a ticketing system, it also happens to issue tickets that are associated or linked to a password to confirm the buyer's identity. Therefore, even if the ticket is stolen, unless the holder knows the password associated with the ticket at issuance then no admittance will be granted.

each random generator is configured separately.
4) Works with Access 97 and MSSQL in Windows environment. A Linux
version is in the works.

Each ticket is secured with the customer's name and a password. This

to curb unlawful distribution and black-market profiteering by third-parties
(both internal and external to the organization). Only genuine resellers
or licensed brokers will be able to resell these tickets within the
limits of the law i.e. the ticket's face-price plus five dollars or
ten percent of the face-price (whichever is greater). This helps to
ensure equitable distribution of tickets and good seats to the general

Environmentally Friendly ! Tickets are printed on demand
hence there is no need to preprint, reducing wastage and carrying

for smart card etc, we are helping the environment.
Future Development A mobile phone version of a digital
ticket is being developed for high end mobile phones. A legitimate
secondary market for tickets resale is on the drawing board to stifle
scalpers. A different version for hotels is also in the works. The benefit is to enable faster checkin with all the clients details online. I once had to wait 35 mins to checkin so I believe the current hotel system is pretty poor in satisfying customers' needs. We intend to make hotels process their guests within 1 min.
