What we cannot help with
- We do not sell, issue, resell, refund or replace tickets. For anything related to an actual ticket you have bought, please contact the issuer or the venue — their details are on the ticket itself or in the purchase confirmation email.
- We cannot validate, verify or authenticate tickets on your behalf.
- We cannot recover lost tickets, wallet passes or booking references.
Response times
Typically two to five working days. Complex legal or privacy requests may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
